Whit Alan Dale owns and operates a cow/calf operation in Rains County, Texas. Mr. Dale has been employed with Highland Park Department of Public Safety for 17 years. Mr. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M – Commerce and he and his family reside in Point, Texas.
