The Board of Directors of Legacy Ag Credit, ACA, is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. The Board also recognizes the importance of providing a means to employees to communicate concerns anonymously, about potential violations of the code of conduct, including unethical behavior and actual or suspected fraud, without fear of retribution. Additionally, the Board recognizes the importance of an effective control environment. An ethics hotline/whistleblower program is considered a fraud deterrent as well as a means of discovering actual and suspected fraud.

Anyone wishing to bring issues related to accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters or fraud to the attention of the Audit Committee or management may submit a report to EthicsPoint ANY TIME by using any of the methods listed below:
